Q: How do I make an Italian Charm Bracelet?
A: Start off with by ordering the "base bracelet", which is a chain of 14 blank charms linked together. Browse through the categories or types of charms on the site, or search for a specific type of charm using the "Search" box. Add charms of your choice to your shopping cart.  When you have what you need choose "Checkout" from your shopping cart.

Q: What size should I get?
A: Sizing an Italian charm bracelet is easy. Simply measure your wrist where you will be wearing your bracelet. Base bracelets are 14 links long, and you may add or subtract links as needed.

 

Q: What if I need to change the size of my bracelet?
A: Italian Charm bracelets are completely adjustable so you can add or subtract links as needed. Even if you don't want to change the size, but just want to swap out charms to fit the occasion.

Q: Can I mix and match different brands of charms?
A:Yes! All of our charms are the same size and will link together with each other.  If you are buying loose charms to add to an existing bracelet purchased somewhere else, our charms are the standard "medium" or 9mm size.

Q: Will the charm bracelets tarnish or rust?
A: No. Our Italian cahrms are made of the highest quality stainless steel and 18K gold. You may wear your bracelet everyday and never worry about it tarnishing or rusting. As with any piece of fine jewelry, it is not recommended that you shower or bathe with them on. A jeweler's cloth is all that is needed to shine them right up again.

Q: What is Laser Engraving?
A:Traditional engraving scratches letters into the item, actually cutting into the jewelry. Laser engraving etches onto the surface of the jewelry. It is extremely durable and allows us to achieve very fine detail and a wide variety of fonts.

Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: Yes. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days for a full refund.

Q: I don't like to use my credit card online. How else can I pay?
A: Ordering online is secure and encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties. However, should you want to order with a check or money order you may choose to do so.  Simply choose check or money order during the checkout process.  Your order will be placed with us and we will simply wait for your check to arrive.  When it does, we will ship your order! 

Q: How are the charm bracelets shipped?
A: All charms are sent via United States Postal Service and shipped First Class. You also have the option to upgrade to USPS Express Overnight or Priority Mail. Canadian orders ar shiped Airmail Letter-post or Priority Mail.

Most orders ship the next business day.
